Unlike an Employee Assistance Programme, we provide our tailored employee mental health services in your workplace, with full confidentiality. Our services include:
Confidential One to One Wellness Sessions for Individuals:
We provide a completely confidential, one-to-one service for employees to offload about work-related stress or personal issues.
Our confidential 50-minute one-to-one sessions may involve stress management, individual mindfulness tuition and/or counselling and psychotherapy – depending on the needs of the individual. All delivered on-site in a meeting room or office at your workplace on a regular or ad hoc basis.
It can be very difficult for working people to find the time to have regular counselling. psychotherapy or stress management sessions and by providing this service in your workplace, you will find that employees benefit enormously from having the mental space to talk confidentially about work-related or personal issues which may be affecting their work.
Improving Mental Health – Workshops & Masterclasses for Groups:
We offer a range of workshops to raise awareness around mental health issues and improve the mental wellbeing of your employees, including Improving Mental Health, Managing Stress and Enhancing Resilience, Introduction To Mindfulness Workshop, Resilience Workshop and The Sleep Clinic: Improving Sleep Workshop – to highlight and educate employees about the importance of protecting their mental health, and practical advice and exercises to enable self-care. These workshops are 60-minutes long and are for groups of up to 25 participants.
We also provide drop-in workplace mindfulness and/or stress management sessions in your workplace (30-minutes per session, for up to 20 participants per session, generally in the morning or at lunchtimes), to ensure your employees are enjoying their positive mental health benefits on a regular basis.
Employee Mental Health First Aid:
Our Employee Mental Health First Aid training packages are delivered by our fully qualified and quality assured MHFA instructor. Mental Health First Aid is an internationally-recognised two day training course, designed to teach designated people in workplaces how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health, and provide help on a first aid basis. The training takes place in small groups of 6 to 16 participants, and is split into four manageable sessions over two days. We recommend that one person from each department in an organisation participate in the training, who then become the Mental Health First Aiders for your company.
