Introduction To Mindfulness Workshop Part I and II
Our highly interactive 60 minute Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops educate and enable participants in the science and benefits of mindfulness meditation, and applying mindfulness skills to the workplace.
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) are powerful tools for reducing workplace stress and anxiety, defeating negative or self-defeating thoughts, improving mental clarity, enhancing productivity and mental wellbeing. Mindfulness can bring enormous benefits to the workplace when it is taught correctly by our fully trained mindfulness tutors.
Mindfulness Courses
We offer a range of mindfulness courses including the 8 week comprehensive Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course, and a range of themed, drop-in mindfulness courses covering a wide range of topics bespoke to your workplace needs.
Regular Group Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
We provide ongoing, drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions in the workplace for companies and organisations who want to offer their employees a truly tangible way to develop their mindfulness practice and become more skilful at reducing stress and improving self-esteem. Highly relaxing and enjoyable, these ongoing sessions ensure your employees are maximising the benefits of mindfulness for their personal and professional life.
The British Parliament’s report entitled Mindful Nation UK, published in October 2015, recommends the transformational impact of mindfulness in the workplace. It states “employers should promote the use of mindfulness and develop an understanding of good practice”. All our mindfulness tutors hold the MSc Masters Degree in Mindfulness Studies and meet the government’s standard of best practice.
